Craig, Theo's M23 has suffered a frozen centerboard. It was repaired by Hooper's in Afton, Mn. I have had no sticking issues with my swing keel, BUT, I did need to have the board pulled and the hinge and stop pins reset due to leaking water slowly into the bilge.
