M_Boats: Early M17 Electrical Panel

From what I have seen so far, the factory circuit panel does not appear to have any fuses or circuit breakers for the individual circuits. I do recall a small red button at the top of the panel. Is this a reset button for a master circuit breaker, or do I need to look further?
