as Tom wrote the '135' unit has been discontinued. Theford is making a replacement (model 260) BUT the 'exact replacement' isn't an exact replacement! the base is not the same size and will not fit in the M15.
so ... do some Internet searching to see if you can find some remaining stock, or look for one that may fit (i haven't found one).

the 'toilet', when assembled, will not fit in the M15's potti-space when the v-berth cover is in place. this means you need to set up the unit each time it is used.
another option is to use the 'wag bags' in a bucket that is cut down to fit under the v-berth. there are toilet seats made to fit on buckets and seal (do an Internet search for 'bucket toilet seat').
We can also hope Dave Scobie is not on a cruise, 'cause he knows about all this stuff.
sadly i'm not on Larry Yake's annual San Juan and Gulf Is. cruise :-( busy buildin' boats :-) (a good thing)

It is 15" front to back, 12.5" wide, and 12" high (must be 2.5 gallons). Thetford and SeaLand both make units of about that size, so I think you should measure your spot just to make sure 1/2" or so difference is not that critical.
