Tom, for portable running lights, check West Marine. I bought a set for my
SunCat because I did not want the hassle of an electrical system, either.
There are several choices and I got the set with the heavy rubber casing
and either suction cup or clamp (stern light) mounting. With your 15, you
don't legally need lights, but they are an extra safety feature, along with
a good flashlight to shine on your sails when someone else gets close.
