Hi Klaas, I've not been on the list to view current content for a while but I see Tim from Kelowna answered your query about Monty sailors in BC. I'm in north central BC out of Houston and sail S/v Cerulea - a 1974 M17 hull number 32. So I have a most decidedly vintage boat and it is in great shape for her age and well worth any effort to keep her that way. I blew out my shoulder and missed going to the coast last year because of the surgery but I'm hopeful to make it there some day. BTW I bought my boat in Port Townsend Washington and went there twice from Houston because I knew the pedigree so to speak. Congrats on getting acquainted with Lyle and Jerry's designs. Bruce Ward
