Hi Rick, The fairleads on the foredeck of my M15 are for the jib downhaul and for jib reefing (two sets of fairleads). My traveler is just the line going through the two holes at the transom that has the block on it for the main sheet. If you want to get fancier than that - main sheet control - then you'll have to get inventive! My M15 doesn't have any blocks at the aft end of the toe rail. If they are swivel blocks they must be for the genoa sheets. If they are fixed blocks, then I haven't a clue what they might be for. I'm sure you could install a small opening hatch on the foredeck but it would only be for ventilation. The deck is balsa cored, so if you cut an opening, be sure to seal the balsa core edges with epoxy to prevent any water or moisture from getting into the core (also all the bolt holes. Drill them oversize: fill them with epoxy, and when it has hardened, redrill to the correct size) Connie
