M_Boats: Griselda has arrived at her new home!

I just moved to Ventura County today (from Dallas) and brought my fixed keel M17 hull #14. I'm gonna clean her up and get her into a slip as soon as I can. Questions: any tips on the best way to get 5200 sealant all in between the keel and the hull?  Is it just paint that's peeling off the entire overhead in the cabin? Should I just sand and re-stain the handrails or should I try replacing them? If the deck/cockpit leaves white marks on my hands, can I just polish the gel coat it does it need further care? Last (for now), once I get Griselda into a slip, does anyone in Southern California need a trailer designed for a fixed keel trailer sailor? I'd like to keep it but don't have any room.
