M-ers, You're so right! The last time we were at Lake Champlain we were tied up to a finger pier in a marina at Essex, NY. Between our M15 and the inside corner of the marina was a 50 foot XXXX (?) with bow pulpit that was about 10 feet above the water. My wife would be sitting in the cockpit, doing some paper cutting, while I puttered, as the owner of the 50 footer stood on his bow pulpit and looked down on us. Envious of our comings and goings with no commotion After a few days of this he wanted to know the usual. What is it? Who makes it? Etc. Mind you, his inflatable dinghy with at least a 25 HP outboard hanging from the davits on his stern must have been about 15 feet long. The Montgomery would have fit there nicely! He became entranced with the M15 and felt he had to have one for his house on the lake just north of Montreal so that he could go out sailing in the evening by himself, instead of waiting until he had a crew of about 4 people needed to run his big boat. I think we made a believer out of him! Bigger is not better! Connie M15 #400 LEPPO
