Honda 2/2.3 at about 1/2 throttle (more than enough for a M15, Sage 15, SageCat, and Sage 17), burn about a little under a liter and hour (aka one tank of fuel). My practice is to refill the tank every 45-50 minutes so the motor will restart on a single pull (if you run dry multiple pulls needed to get fuel into carb). I recommend using a 'No-Spill' brand gas can. For day sailing I had a 1-gallon that was easy to lift and fill motor. For cruising had an additional 2.5gallon can. Would transfer fuel from 2.5 to 1 gallon can for easy filling the motor. Info on 'No-Spill' - https://nospill.com/ The 3.5 gallons in cans and a full motor tank gives 15+ hours of range. :: Dave Scobie :: M6'8" #650 :: Baba 30 #233 DEJA VU :: former owner SV SWALLOW - sailboatswallow.wordpress.com/ :: former owner M17 #375 SWEET PEA - m17-375.com :: former owner M15 #288 SCRED - m15namedscred.wordpress.com On Mon, Jun 19, 2023, 09:59 Jim Sadler <jimsadler@jascopacific.com> wrote:

Seems to work fine but as Capt Ron says "The real test is at sea"
