Hey, Gary--- Got your template sitting here in my office, and thanks We definitely have "critical mass" on a computer-cut run of these things. I'm going to have to sort out the exact logistics, but I think it's going to be something like this: everybody will get 3-piece hatchboards that are slightly oversized for the hatch opening. Final trimming and finish work will be up to each skipper, though I'll hack the rain-defeating bevel between each board. Other details, like the proper thickness for different models and years, must also be understood. More anon. Cheers, John
