Hi Ron, I used to have P-15, sail number 2074 up until about three months ago. I sold her because she scared me a couple of time in our SF Bay. I posted a request to sail a M-15 hopeing the ballast and keel would make for a better boat. I wasn't dissapointed. I did not feel as if I were moveable ballast! I did a few tests to see how forgiveing the M-15 was and convinced myself the M-15 is a better craft. More stable, and points extremely close!. If you've read about the Potters that have Turtled, you'll understand my safety concerns. The obvious drawback when buying is that you'll pay a couple thousand more, wheather you purchase used or new.I'm saving up for the new one. The second drawback is the keel. You cannot drag a M-15 onto the beach. That didn't concern me as most of my sailing is from the docks. When in a lake, I'm not to concerned about getting my feet wet in a foot of water to get to shore. Then again I wouldn't subject my boat to beaching anyway. Figerglass and sand/rocks aren't very compatible. Try to get a ride on a M-15. You'll be amazed! Bill
