M_Boats: Thinking of selling my M-15, East coast (Maryland)

I have a move coming up in the next year (hopefully), and I'm thinking of maybe selling my '88 M-15, #412. Though I'll be moving to coastal NC, I haven't sailed it since 2012. Would I when I get there? Who knows. It's been garage stored since 2003 when I bought it from John Harris (Chesapeake Light Craft). Talk me out of it, or into it.
