Here's the answer back from Windline... Yes, we are the manufacturer. You will not be able to find that ladder at a retail outlet though. We make that custom for international. I would contact them directly at 310-674-8021 I believe the ladder that you want is the 4 step transom part# R-1185 double check though. Best Regards, Lynn
