Here is Busca at anchor in Sturgeon Cove, on the north side of Great La Cloche Island. The entrance to the cove is a Z-shaped course: first you line up two range markers (one on a pine tree on the far side of the cove, one on a rock at the entrance) and follow them in until another set of range markers to port are aligned whereupon you make a sharp 90 deg turn to port. After a few yards you look for a third set of range markers to port and when THEY are in line you then turn sharply to STBD about 90 degrees for the last leg into the cove. Once in, the bottom is 10'-14' mud with gradually shoaling edges. http://www.bright.net/~htmills/SturgeonCove.jpg I ran out of time to make a special mount for my camera so unfortunately there are no really unique perspectives of Busca sailing, but it is on my list to "hope to try to get done" for this season yet. Actually, most of my photos this time are the scenery and my crew Bilbo and Busca at anchor. I did have an exceedingly calm afternoon one day so I did a bit of motoring and noted rpms vs. boat speeds which I'll plot. I need to repeat the session with the prop that was originally supplied with the Honda for comparison. Tod
