M_Boats: M-15 Boarding Ladder

Happy New Year Skippers Santa Claus was good to me. He brought me a boarding ladder that he somehow obtained from the Potter site. Now the question is how high on the transom do you mount the brackets? I figure I will mount it on the starboard side. Any of you skippers help me on where to mount it Thanks Capt.
