Here's some food for thought, Gordon. It just hit me that the first photo you sent would be good to spin off a drawing from. Under full sail, not showing a full hull, an old Salty dog at the helm. I've had less to work with for a Company logo. Me thinks me has a candidate. Hmmmmm (where' my sketch pad?) ga ----- Original Message ----- From: <htmills@bright.net> To: "'For and about Montgomery Sailboats'" <montgomery_boats@mailman.xmission.com> Sent: Thursday, July 29, 2004 6:15 PM Subject: RE: M_Boats: Wannabe, requests M-15 picture Gordon, if you liked that, here are a few more for you: www.bright.net/~htmills/StormPetrelScooting2.jpg www.bright.net/~htmills/StormPetrelReefed.jpg www.bright.net/~htmills/SeasTheDay.jpg www.bright.net/~htmills/SeasTheDay1.jpg Hopefully with the new camera the pictures will be a little sharper. Now for the tricky part: convincing She Who Must Be Obeyed that it's also the boat for her. To that end, I'm looking for a great picture of an M-15 under sail. One that will plant the seed of desire, if not absolutely seduce her. I've seen many good pictures so far, but none that will really close the deal. So if any of you have such a picture and could either tell me the link to it or email it to me, I would be most appreciative. What I'm looking for is this: an M-15 under full sail, full frame, with pleasant weather, happy crew--you know, something that will make her think that sailing an M-15 is the absolutely best thing one could possibly imagine. I'd just as soon not have a picture of an M-15 becalmed under an overcast sky, or with the boat heeled way over, crew getting wet or hanging on for dear life. Or a picture of a great sunset with a tiny speck of a boat in the distance, or boat on a trailer, or some such thing. I looking for something I can point to and say: Look Hon, doesn't that look like too much fun? So anyway, if any of you have such a picture and wouldn't mind sharing it, you'd be doing me a huge favor. Thank you in advance. And great archives, by the way. =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= David W.
