Hi Chris Try to hoist the boat up enough to slide the trailer out. Lift the boat from a harness attached to the chain plates, bow cleat and the stern bridle. Perhaps built a simple 4x4 box over the front and back?...Jack it up a bit (4 inches), tie it off and roll the trailer away. Do most of your sanding and prep work first. Good luck. Bob

Jerry, Bob or anyone else: I'm still in the process of painting my boat, and I've gotten lots of good advice here, so let me ask:
Are there any good strongpoints for jacking up a M15? Also, how big of contact points should I have with the hull?
I would like to get it up off the trailer to put the Prime coat on it and creating a frame in the garage to support the weight seems a bit untenable - perhaps it'd be simpler than jacking it up! In moving around the boat on the trailer with by standing up under it (I'm still kinda young...) it seems there are some areas that flex quite a bit more than others. Perhaps this is a sign of something else...
Anyway, here are some photos of my progress.

Thanks for the help!
