M_Boats: How taught should the rigging be on a M15?

In fine tuning my M15's rigging, should the rigging be loose or taught? When loose, mast can wiggle a little when the rigging wire(s) are shaken but the boat does not respond. Taught does not allow the mast to shake, but the boat shakes. Norm M15 #172
