Hi Craig, What you want is the sailing submarine that can unfold it's wings and fly, and on alternate Friday's be used as a 40 foot semi trailer. The answer to your epoxy question - as far as my experience reaches is that you are asking for the impossible. If your epoxy is mixed in a 1:1 ratio, then the consistency is purely a function of ambient temperature. Hotter =s thinner: colder =s thicker. For an excellent text book on epoxy use, contact WEST Systems Brand. The book is free, and is listed in my WEST MARINE Catalog - page 184, "Model 310284" "WESTSYS # 1999" This gives you an explanation of their products; and the technical portion covers basic techniques for repairs and building projects. WEST also has repair packs with small quantities of their resins and hardners; fillers - high and low density; mixing cups; gloves; and everything you need for a small job. See a WEST MARINE Catalog for better and more detailed descriptions. Connie
