Hi Howard & Rick, Historically, the Tranquilites have been a peaceful lot. However... recently a few have gone rogue and attempted agression towards outlying rural groups of Optontiniums, which is apparently causing a rift in the normal up/down link bays. For the time being it is possibly best to communicate directly as you've suggested. There are talks and negotiations ongoing which may settle the obvious differences between these groups.
