Congratulations Bill, I think that price seems very reasonable. I have an M-10 waiting for me in WI for pick up this spring. Paid a bit more but it had been professionally refinished. I am looking forward to seeing how she sails and rows. I replaced a cape dory 10 which was a beautiful boat and built like a tank. Also weighed as much as a tank and I wanted something I could more easily handle. I feel fortunate to get one of these boats and hope you do too. Replacing the running rigging on such a small boat should be a trivial task and cost.
