I may be able to help with the cad conversions. I can scan drawings in, albeit in 8 1/2 x 11 inch format, and have done some sail plan studies on Potter 15s using this approach. If the drawings are too big for this, we could get them accurately reduced at a blueprint place, or scanned in from there. Incidentally, I have 10 years experience on CAD as a house designer, and can plot out D-size drawings (max 2' high, 50 yard roll. Good for very long skinny boats!)
