M_Boats: m15 rudder

A couple years ago I replaced the bungee cord in Really's rudder assembly with a larger one. Lifting and lowering the rudder is now a snap. The only problem was fitting the larger cord through the metal holes. Took a while but is well worth it. Rich Cottrell M15 "Really"
