Happy New Year to all my Monty buddies! Here's to another year of great sailing (and dreaming of sailing) with good friends. Even though there's no San Juan cruise in the works for 2008, I'm hoping there will be plenty of opportunities to get together. The "Scoundrel Mulligan" (he's got you pegged, Sean) cruise on Lake Havasu sounds like a great start to the season, and I wish I could come down to help thrash those upstart Potters. Bones mentioned a possible cruise this summer on Lake of the Woods that sounds like another don't-miss cruise, and there's some mighty interesting boats out there that I haven't gotten to check out yet. Gary O's LB/GF "Looks Bad / Go's Fine" is one I'd sure like to check out (by the way, shouldn't that be Looks Bad, Go's Fast?), and Chad Parrish's "Pugsley" is a might fine looking old boat, too. Something about a yellow boat.... See you on the water. Larry Yake M17 #200 CornDog "In a power boat you get there faster, but in a sailboat you're already there."
