The Rudder Club of Jacksonville (Florida) rated my M17 for the Mug Race earlier this year. The provisional rating assigned was 295. Following is part of an E-mail from their measurer:

I believe that the original 23 was rated at 234, and it is a good bit faster than the 17. I used to have a book of PHRF ratings but I've moved about 20 times since then and I haven't seen it for years. Have you tried a website?
