The Rudder Club of Jacksonville (Florida) rated my M17 for the Mug Race earlier this year. The provisional rating assigned was 295.  Following is part of an E-mail from their measurer:

Handicap book we use list your ratings as follows:
Augusta - 264
Austin - 294
Percy Priest - 258
Sail Colorado - 313
Yralis - 264
No rating was shown for Lake Lanier

John-  Nearly all the racing I've done in the 17 has been under the Portsmouth rule.  I know that the 17 has been rated under PHRF, but I don't recall what the rating is.  I believe that the original 23 was rated at 234, and it is a good bit faster than the 17.  I used to have a book of PHRF ratings but I've moved about 20 times since then and I haven't seen it for years.  Have you tried a website?
