M_Boats: M23 For Sail

Now I know all you guys are gracious and always give a seller the benefit of doubt and I know I'm a bit of a cynic, but this boat is a butcher job. The boat, trailer and street were all painted at the same time. I'll bet there's no paint on the hull under the bunks. The painter not only didn't remove the motor, he didn't even get the tarp completely over it. The boat has been put up for sale (all over the place for $10K) without removing the masking from the paint job? On Ebay it didn't get any bids and that's strange in itself for there's usually someone willing to bid on just about any piece of junk. I wonder how the neighbors reacted to the street being painted.
