Hi Larry, Hope all is well with you. Hard decision but I am hoping to retire in the next couple of years and I plan on doing some traveling both by bicycle and motor home while we decide where we want to live in retirement. Once we get settled I will look at what my sailing options are at that time. I will be getting a rowing shell and that combined with the bicycles should help me reverse years sitting at a desk and in a car for too many hours of my life. As a side note, we are not even close to deciding where to live when we retire but one of my employees who lives on Catalina Island purchased a lot next door to her sisters house in the Priest River. That sure looks pretty but I am not sure us SoCal people could survive the cold! Take care, Jim On Thu, Mar 2, 2017 at 9:49 PM, Larry Yake <larryyake@gmail.com> wrote:
Bet you're sad to let her go, Jim. Grace is my second favorite M17. :-)

With long thought and consideration I have decided to list Grace Montgomery 17 #603 for sale. She has not been out sailing for awhile but for anyone who has sailed with her can attest she is probably one of the best looking and fully rigged M-17 out there. She has a green hull with a white waterline and has a list of equipment that you will not believe. I am listing her for $16,000 which is a far cry from the estimated $25,000 plus I have invested in her.
Attached is a listing of equipment and a couple of pictures.
For more information, pictures etc contact me at jellsworth603@gmail.com I am located in Southern California.
Thanks,
