M_Boats: Cockpit drain tubes

A good replacement for the drain tubes is 1-1/2" marine fiberglass exhaust tubing. It is readily available and can be easily cut and epoxied in place. Remove the aluminum remnants, clean up and rough up with sandpaper the fiberglass remaining in the hull and cockpit. Cut the exhaust tubing to fit and rough it up with sandpaper.. Coat both surfaces with epoxy and your favorite filler and slide in place. When hard clean up edges. Clean strong and no corrosion. Joe
