M_Boats: Tiller lock box

George, Here's a link to a photo that shows the "bungie-rope-bungie to jam cleat" style of tiller control which I copied from Tom Smith. It works great. Nothing to rig, just pop it on there. As you can see in the photo, I also installed a Forespar Tiller Lock box. Big mistake. I never use it. The knob on the tiller is very hard to get in and out of there, making it rather risky if you need to release it in a hurry. The bungie set-up has some give built in and you can override it easily if you need to. If you decide you do want a Forespar Tiller lock box, I have an extra I'll sell cheap.
