M_Boats: oddity . . .

Out sailing the Flicka Sunday, spotted a _______ (not sure of the make of sloop, maybe Catalina) with a platform built up high off the stern. On the platform was mounted what looked like a wood kitchen chair. It looked a little absurd, but not as ugly as it sounds. And the owner looked very comfortable perched atop. I can forward photos off-list to anyone interested. I have two low-res small (easy to transmit) pics that are good for a grin and a "what'll they think of next"?
