Don, That Florida boat is a 1977; the old interior, old diesel and probably a good buy if the engine is newer, the sails have been updated/replaced (the sails would be 28 years old). Also the older boats had stick welded aluminum fuel tanks that has dissimilar metal corrosion problems/leaks. The older interior was somewhat cramped (I owned a new 1978 Nor'Sea 27 first). So expect to spend some bucks updating and repairing that boat. A much better deal (also on yachtworld.com search under "Norsea") is a boat I built in 1988 called "Moveable Feast". This boat spent most its life on the freshwater Great Lakes. It is fully equipped and I also installed a Monitor Windvane. Look at her photos on yachtworld.com. Sure she cost more, but she has the new interior, larger engine, windvane steering, is 11 years newer, has the better resin and gelcoat system, has no damage, tan bark sails, boom gallows, cabin doors as well as drop boards, all teak hatchs. She appears to be well taken care of. She is in San Diego now. Fair winds Bob (949) 489-8227
