And now the deck rebuild is done as well. Solid laminate under the tabernacle that has a custom Stainless plate (thank you emachineshop.com) the spreads the loads evenly to the three sided "post" that leads to the epoxied white oak pad that is resting on the keel. The whole thing is way over engineered but it really did not take too much effort to make sure this will never, ever again be an issue. I am prepping to roll Kiwi grip tomorrow if all goes well.
