M_Boats: bottom paint

Hey all, What method do y'all use to remove old bottom paint? I have significant peeling of bottom paint on my M15. I want to put a fresh coat on before the weather gets cold. What brand/kind of paint do you recommend? Thanks. Donglai M15 #612
