Sean - this is great! Thanks for getting these measurements. I'll check these against what we currently have and see where things sit. Yes, your keel should be sitting on the keel bunk and taking the majority of the weight. No, I didn't end up making any changes to my trailer. I considered raising the rear stanchions...but I did not. I think if you leave her hanging like that you will run into problems and may see some depressions in the hull before too long. There are photos of our trailer at http://www.flickr.com/photos/sailhavasu/sets/72157634832644560/ As far as measurements: lets work from the front. I am giving you the measurement from the top of the frame crossmember at teh outside edge of the upright bracket....to the top of the upright/bottom of the bunk board ---then the nest measurement is how far inboard the upright is mounted to the frame of the trailer (makes a difference because of the "V" shape of the crossmember) from the top of the frames "C" channel on the inside....down the crossmember to the outside of the upright's mounting bracket. My uprights are 21" - 9.5" 21" - 8" 20" - 7.75" 21"- 8" you can see in the photos that the rear upright and back of the bunk could be an inch or so higher...but it makes the bunk fade away from the hull and I decided to leave it like that. No issues after 8 years. Hope that helps. Sean
