We appreciate your interest in our boat. We realize it is rare and will take someone special to appreciate it. The only reason that we are selling it is because we have retired and spend the majority of our time traveling in our RV. It would be a shame to see such a wonderful boat deteriorate from lack of use. When we bought our Montgomery is was registered in Alaska and owned by a retired Army officer in New Mexico. It's name at that time was Valhalla. We renamed it Motu iti which in Tahitian means little island. I will try to get some pictures together. The keel depth is approximatly 3 ft and because of this is not subject to side slipage while beating. We would be happy to answer any of your questions, curiousity or interest in the boat.
