M_Boats: M-15 in Ashland, OR - are you on this list?

Hi all, I am in Ashland, OR. There's an M-15 here - is the owner on this list? If you are, and want to get in touch, please do, I have an M-17, also in Ashland. I saw the M-15 again today (a buddy of mine spotted it a month or more ago, we figured it was just passing through), parked in a lot for some condo/apartments (OSU student housing I think?) on California St. just off E.
