Bobbie, It definitely should not be moving. Ideally the pin should be recessed about 1/8 inch on both sides and epoxied in place. You might getaway with it flush and using 3M 5200 but there seems to be a lot of latteral pressure while trailering. If your boat gets out of balance so one bunk board is slightly higher than the other the pin will wiggle out. We jacked my M15 up a bit to see if the centerboard was still stuck (from last summer) and it wasn't; that's good, but the pin that it swings on seemed to be coming out of one side of the keel more than the other (like it had been pushed part way out. Is there something that is supposed to keep this pin in place? It looked like it might have at one time been epoxied in or something like that.
