Stan, My storm jib measures as follows: luff - 125 inchs leech - 84 inchs foot - 67 inchs When I asked the local sailmaker to make it I asked for a storm jib for the M15. I told him I didn't want it so small that it wouldn't help punch through/over the waves and would work with both a single and double reefed main. It's cut very flat. I have used it in 20kt + and it is very effective. Abbey Gura has one which looks slightly larger and he uses his around 15 kts and prefers it to his regular jib at that wind speed. Stan, With your Bimini do you still cleat the main at the bridge deck? Doug Kelch M15 #310 "Seas the Day" --- Stanley Winarski <winarski@cox.net> wrote:
I've been looking for a smaller jib for my M-15 without any success. Does anyone have any leads on where one can be purchased ? Or, if you have one, please send me the measurements. Another "Or", if you have reef points in your M-15 jib, please send a photo or measurements so I can install them in mine. Jib reefing didn't come on the original.
