That was me. I ended up fabricating one out of an old VHF antenna masthead mounting bracket and a small u bolt. I incorporated an eye strap on the top of the rail for attaching a spare halyard or (future) cruising spinnaker tack. Good to know about the Catalina product. Looks like a great deal. Thanks!
