I would not be without my tiller tamer. Made my own, two lengths of shock cord (bungee), each doubled around cleats at stern, fastened to length of line between them, line passes thru small cleat on underside of tiller, forward horn is tapered to "jam" line passing thru. Some experimenting to get proper length and strength of bungee, proper diameter and length of line between them. If desired, will take photos next visit to Rejoyce!, ask off line. John R.
