Bones, Thanks for the info on the 23's. Yes good things come to those who wait but the anticipation is a killer!! We have sealed the deal on our new (old) 23 however part of the deal is that the current owners are going to take one last cruise in Oct/ early Nov before giving her up. So we can pick her up in Florida by 11/15, sooner if they get back sooner. Meanwhile, we have a new trailer being built by Pacific trailers in Chino that we will take back with us to pick her up. I just noticed today that another hurricane is taking aim at Fla......guess we'll just have to bite our fingernails 'till we get her out of there! She survived a direct hit by the big one last year (Charlie I think it was). Rode it out at the dock with no damage. Anyways, as soon as we get the word, we will saddle up and head east, pick her up in Fla and bringher home to Lake Havasu, AZ. We'll do some local sailing here this year over the winter with the plan being taking her to the coast during the summer (San Diego and Catalina) when its too stinkin hot here and 75 beautiful degrees there. Once we get her home I'll post some pics and info on the web. Love to get together with some other 23's. I know that there are 2 in Phoenix. Sean
