M_Boats: Planning Spring Trip

I got the mid winter planning ich early and have been looking at charts and guides to the Florida Keys. It looks like a good cruise would be to launch at Key West and sail up the Hawk Channel to John Penenkamp State park on Key Largo. We would then take a bus or work out a shuttle to retrieve the truck and trailer. The trip would be about 100 nm and would be with the current. There are a lot of places to anchor and snorkle and some marinas on the way. The best winds and temps indicate that late April or early May would be a good time to go.
