1975 Montgomery 17' Clean Wisconsin title. Boat is located in NW Wisconsin, near Hayward. The water incursion spot in the aft port side of the keel ended my grand plan to get her back in sailing shape. The boat needs more time and attention than I'm willing to give. I bought the boat last fall and it's been on the trailer since then. The swing keel condition is an unknown. I have never raised the mast - it is straight and the rigging seems to all be there. I briefly looked at the 2 sails and re-bagged them. I made a new tiller out of solid oak. The 5hp Nissan motor is virtually new (previous owner)and comes with a gas tank. Previous owner replaced the trailer tires and installed new lights and wiring. The deck to keel mast support is solid and done right by a previous owner.
