Greetings, We joined this listing thinking we might locate an M17 owner in the southeastern section of the states that might allow us to view their boat. We have not seen an M17. We are also hoping to locate a clean used M17 for sale. We realize living here in northeastern Alabama isn't the best place to shop for a sailboat, especially a west coast build boat like the M17. But you never know till you make an effort. I have approximately 5 years sailing experience, primarily on larger sailboats. However, we are retiring this year at 62 and hope to relocate to the Charleston SC area. And of course, we want to do some serious sailing while we can. Any information will be appreciated. I will be heading to the Tampa Florida area next friday to view a Precision 18. If there are any M17 owners' nearby or on the northwest Gulf coast, I'd love to see your boat!
