For once, I've pre-empted you on something. Sent my rigging to Jerry a couple of weeks ago. Diagnosis: replace a couple of bent turnbuckle studs, replace the backstay (which he feels would have failed by now had it been the forestay--yikes!), and add a backstay adjuster to tension the rig from aft (at my request), now that I have a roller-reefer-furler-on 'er.

I just hope the guy knows something about boats and rigging.
