Chuck the teak! Go with a full perforated aluminum toe rail and machine all the other stuff, hatch boards, hatch board trim, aux engine mount, and any other trim, from HDPE. Damn! it's 2009 You can still make a salty looking, great performing boat and reduce the maintenance.
