Some friends with a larger boat on Lake Champlain have invited us to sail with them in 2 weeks (right after Labor Day weekend) I searched through the list archives and found all of Connie's references to sailing there out of Westport and Essex. I also see that Rick Langer and Frank Durant sailed for a week there in 2007. Unfortunately I could not see any trip reports after they came back. Can anyone share any recent information on Lake Champlain sailing? We will be launching at a marina at North Hero on the Vermont side. Any suggested nooks and crannies to anchor in? Any must see points of interest for this trip or others? Thanks, Bill Wickett M17 #622
