If you have a boat with the molded in aluminum tubing drain - many would recommend replacement of the tube prior to installing the valve - sea cock - for safe install. These boats were not meant to sail the 'Seven' as delivered - but with modifications much is possible. {:>) Don't forget your emergency plugs/bungs - (I like a couple corks of suitable size too).
