M_Boats: improving jib performance on the 15

Some time ago, I believe it was Doug Kelch, stated that he put a jug of water below in the forward compartment for added stability to his 15. Soon after reading his post I placed 50 pounds of lead down low in the forward compartment. It's significantly improved jib performance going to weather in heavier winds. The bow doesn't fall off as much in a gust. There's more of a "keel boat" feel to sailing than before. Thank you, Doug. Rich Cottrell "Really" M15
