We all know that cabbage travels well. And if you like cole slaw but are not comfortable with keeping the cabbage mixed with a mayonaisse based sauce, I found a great recipe. Instead of the mayo use a mixture of coconut cream with a splash of pineapple juice. It'll keep all during the meal and can be kept down below in the bilges close to the hull beneath the water line.
